1. Introduction

Welcome to GroupSocial! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GroupSocial website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using GroupSocial, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
 

2. Eligibility

To use GroupSocial, you must:
 

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

  • Not be prohibited from using GroupSocial by applicable law.

  • If you are using GroupSocial on behalf of a business or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
     

3. Account Registration & Security
 

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.\

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree not to share your login details or allow unauthorized access to your account.

  • GroupSocial reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


4. Use of the Platform

By using GroupSocial, you agree to:
 

  • Use the Platform for lawful purposes only.

  • Respect the rights of other users, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

  • Not engage in spam, harassment, hate speech, or any harmful activities.

  • Not attempt to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the Platform.

  • GroupSocial reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take legal action if users violate these Terms.
     

5. User-Generated Content
 

  • You retain ownership of any content you create or upload.

  • By posting content on GroupSocial, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any laws.

  • GroupSocial may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.


6. Brand & Creator Interactions
 

  • GroupSocial provides a platform for brands and creators to connect, collaborate, and transact.

  • We do not guarantee the performance, quality, or fulfillment of any agreements made between users.

  • Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into partnerships.

  • Disputes between users should be resolved directly between the parties involved.


7. Payments & Monetization
 

  • Certain features or services on GroupSocial may require payment.

  • Subscription and certification fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • GroupSocial does not process transactions between users; all financial arrangements are managed directly between parties.

  • GroupSocial is not liable for any financial losses resulting from transactions conducted through the Platform.


8. Intellectual Property
 

  • GroupSocial owns all rights to its trademarks, logos, and proprietary content.

  • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute GroupSocial’s intellectual property without written permission.

  • If you believe that any content on GroupSocial infringes on your intellectual property rights, you may contact us to request its removal.


9. Termination & Suspension
 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GroupSocial if:
 

  • You violate these Terms.

  • Your actions pose a risk to the community or the integrity of the Platform.

  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • You may delete your account at any time, but certain information may be retained as required by law.
     

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
 

  • GroupSocial is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroupSocial shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

  • If any liability is found, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to GroupSocial in the past 12 months (if applicable).


11. Indemnification
 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GroupSocial, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:
 

  • Your use of the Platform.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Any disputes you have with other users.


12. Privacy, Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

GroupSocial is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under GDPR, including:
 

  • The right to be informed about how your data is used.

  • The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

  • The right to data portability.

  • The right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

13. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

GroupSocial maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The following is strictly prohibited:
 

  • Prohibited Content and Behavior:
    Any content, behavior, or communication that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse, exploitation, or trafficking is not allowed on the platform. This includes any images, videos, or written content that involve minors in any sexually explicit manner.

  • Immediate Action and Reporting:
    Any content or behavior that violates this policy will be removed immediately without prior notice. GroupSocial reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who engage in such activities. Additionally, we are committed to cooperating fully with law enforcement and child protection agencies; any instances of suspected CSAE will be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities.

  • User Responsibility:
    By using GroupSocial, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding child protection and acknowledge that any violation of this policy may result in not only account suspension or termination but also legal action.

14. Changes to These Terms


We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes occur, we will notify users via the Platform. Your continued use of GroupSocial after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
 

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
